Introduction

In order to support our clients, the certification marks have been designed and maintained by AVA Certification. A certified organization can present its commitments to continual improvement and sustainable business performances to their clients by displaying the appropriate certification mark.

Guideline for using the AVA certification mark (MSC)

  • The period of the certification mark usage is subject to the validity of the certificate. In case of suspension or non-renewal certification, the use of the certification logo is not permitted.
  • The colors in the certification mark must match the sample. The certification mark must be used next to the main organisation logo.
  • The certified organization must not allow misleadingly using the certification mark.
  • Modify all promotional material according to certified scope and status.
  • The certification mark must not be used to infer that the certifying body has certified a product (including service) or process.
  • This mark shall not be used on a product nor product packaging nor in any other way that may be interpreted as denoting product conformity.
  • The certification mark must not be used on laboratory test, calibration or inspection reports.
  • The certification mark must not be used to state that the certificate is valid for the sites and activities outside the certification scope.
  • The certification mark must not be used in such a way as to damage the reputation of the certifying body and/or the certification system and lose the trust of the people.
  • The use of certification mark must be discontinued upon withdrawal of the certification.
  • The certification mark can only use for the below purpose:
  1. Client’s websites, Headers, Catalogues, Brochures, Letters, and Advertising CDs Marketing and Sales of Products and Services.
  2. Comprehensive and media advertisements such as radio and television advertisements, advertising stands and banners in and out of the city, and widely circulated magazines and newspapers.

    Guideline for using the AVA certification mark  (NDIS)

    • The registration mark must not be used to state that the registration is valid for the sites and activities outside the registration scope.
    • The registration mark must not be used in such a way as to damage the reputation of the certifying body and/or the certification system and lose the trust of the people.
    • The use of the registration mark must be discontinued upon withdrawal of the cooperation with AVA Certification.
    • The AVA registration mark is designed to present and clarify the type of assessment to whom may be interested. The decision to grant registration is made by NDIS Commission.
    • The registration mark must not be used before the registration is granted by the NDIS Commission.
    • The registration mark can only use for the following purpose:
    • Client’s websites, Headers, Catalogues, Brochures, Letters, and Advertising CDs Marketing and Sales of Products and Services.
    • Comprehensive media advertisements such as radio and television advertisements, advertising stands and banners in and out of the city, and widely circulated magazines and newspapers.

       Use of Accreditation Mark

      The certified organizations may need to use the accreditation body marks in conjunction with AVA certification marks. Using the accreditation bodies logo is permitted subject to the rules and conditions of accreditation bodies or Scheme rules. The certified firms can display the accredited mark in accordance with their practices. The accredited mark must not be used without conjunction of AVA certification marks
